There are over 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests every year in the UK, with 80% of cases happening within the home. Currently, less than one in ten people survive a cardiac arrest. If effective CPR can be performed and a defibrillator is deployed straight away, the chances of survival will increase.

As of 2024, nearly half of UK adults (43% of the adult population) have never learnt CPR. You never know when you may need to use it - our Basic Life Support course is designed specifically to equip learners with the skills and confidence needed to perform CPR in an emergency, as well as making an efficient call to 999 and using a defibrillator.

We can deliver training in your workplace in Berkshire and surrounding areas. This is an uncertified course. If you would like a certificate after training please specify this when booking your course. Certificates are valid for one year.

To receive a quote for training, please fill out our quote request form and one of our office team will get back to you with more information.
