Anaphylaxis and Auto-Injector Training
Immediate treatment for severe allergic reactions and using an auto-injector.
According to Allergy UK, 44% of British adults now suffer from at least one allergy and the number of sufferers is on the rise. In the most extreme of cases, allergic reactions can be fatal. This is known as anaphylaxis, or anaphylactic shock, and can happen at any time.
This course is designed for workplaces where anaphylaxis can be a risk including schools, cafes and restaurants, even offices. It covers how to recognise signs of anaphylactic shock and how to act in an emergency, including the use of an auto-injector (such as Epi-Pen®).
We can deliver training in your workplace in Berkshire and surrounding areas. This is an uncertified course. If you would like a certificate after training please specify this when booking your course. Certificates are valid for one year.
To receive a quote for training, please fill out our quote request form and one of our office team will get back to you with more information.
